Last week, saw Fashion Week decend on to London with the Spring / Summer 15 collections. It’s always an exciting time in London and I love checking out the shows, especially seeing the makeup looks. This season didn’t disappoint, with some real beautiful looks being created.
Unfortunately, I was only able to work at one show this season, as I had several other work commitments. However, it was great to be part of such a wonderful team and take part in the Apu Jan show at Fashion Scout. The look was designed by the amazingly talented, Lan Nguyen-Grealis and the lead makeup artist for our team was the lovely Claire De Graft. The skin was kept fresh-faced with a smudgy, black eyeliner on top and bottom. A pop of turquoise was placed on the bottom, inner corner of the lash line. Lips were nude with a slight hint of coral and shimmer on top. It was a really lovely, fresh look!
The Body Shop sponsored the show and provided all the products for us to use. The pop of blue in the bottom lash line complimented the tones in the collection.

I always love the makeup at the Spring/Summer shows, as there’s generally a lot more colour than at the Autumn/Winter shows. I also think the makeup looks at the London shows are a lot more fun & experimental than other cities. Here’s a few of my fave looks that were seen during some of the London shows.
This GORGEOUS look was created by makeup icon Charlotte Tilbury for the Tom Ford show. I love to smudgy, dark eye with the nude lip. The girls all looked like glamourous rock chicks – a classic Tilbury look. Hair was by Sam McKnight.
Another stunning look created by Charlotte Tilbury. This time at the Matthew Williamson show. She described it as a “70’s hibiscus flower dream” and I think it is just STUNNING! Love the pink tones and everything about it is just so beautiful!
All of the models at the Vivienne Westwood Red label show had different makeup looks. I love that they were all unique and equally as eccentric as each other. This one was one of my particular faves – I love the playfulness of it

The makeup at the Ashish collection was a perfect compliment to the clothes – both fun & youthful. I love the sparkles & glitter used and the uniquiness of it all. I also love that they used model, Winnie Harlow (above) and didn’t cover her vitiligo.
